露天矿毫秒延时爆破的降振效果研究

A RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF DECREASING VIBRATION IN THE OPEN CUT MINING USING THE MILLISECOND DELAY BLASTING

摘要: 为了减小爆破振动对矿区周围建(构)筑物的影响,露天矿山开采爆破正逐步采用毫秒延时高精度导爆管雷管起爆方法。结合龙华煤矿剥离爆破工程监测,运用Matlab软件,对爆破振动监测数据进行回归分析。对比了运用毫秒延时高精度导爆管雷管和普通秒延时导爆管雷管两种起爆方法的爆破振动峰值速度与持续时间的规律。研究表明:运用高精度导爆管雷管的毫秒延时爆破和普通秒延时爆破相比,振动强度大幅降低,振动持续时间明显缩短,且降振效果随爆心距的增加而明显减小。

Abstract: In order to decrease the effect of blasting vibration on the surrounding residents and buildings, the method of millisecond blasting is adopted on the open cut mining. The test used high precision fuse blasting cap for the sake of the precision of the common detonators can’t meet the requirements of millisecond blasting. Based on the results of in site monitoring, this paper compared the peak velocities and duration of the blast used the high precision fuse blasting cap to the general blasting’s. Regressive analysis was made by using the Matlab software. The research shows that the vibration strength and duration in the blast using high precision fuse blasting cap decreases compared with the general blast’s, and the effect of decreasing vibration is reduced when the blast center distance increases.
